i almost wanted to write a good review about the astoundingly good breakfast, but the musty odor in the room ruined it. Absolutely zero customer service available when i needed help. very disappointing. not to mention, as a paying guest, i expected complimentary drinks but was treated like everyone else instead. woudl ve been nice to feel special.
